What are Spookie Squiggles?

Spookie Squiggles are a collection of 9,999 randomly generated and uniquely spooky NFTs on the Ethereum blockchain as ERC-721 Tokens.

Do Spookie Squiggles have any utility?

Spookie Squiggle holders will be granted exclusive access to the Spookie Squiggle DAO, governance voting rights over the DAO’s assets, Art Blocks raffles, and more members-only benefits. Each Spookie Squiggle will be able to be staked to earn $SNOW.

What digital assets will the Spookie Squiggle DAO be acquiring?

The Spookie Squiggle DAO will be acquiring one Art Blocks Curated piece from each Art Blocks Curated collection. Our first goal is to create a full Art Blocks Curated set. The Spookie Squiggle DAO will start by owning Chromie Squiggle #2973 once the minting period has ended.

What is $SNOW?

$SNOW is an ERC-20 token that will provide fractional ownership of the DAO’s assets.

How do I stake my Spookie Squiggles?

Once staking goes live, you will deposit your Spookie Squiggle NFTs into a staking pool smart contract. The contract will pay 10 $SNOW tokens per day per Spookie Squiggle you have staked. 5 Spookie Squiggles staked will provide 50 $SNOW tokens a day.

Can the Spookie Squiggle DAO’s vault be bought out?

Yes, a buyout can happen on Fractional.Art starting at the reserve price set by the DAO. This will kick off an auction. At auction completion, the NFTs will be withdrawn and $SNOW holders will be able to trade in their tokens for ETH.

Our long-term goal for this project is for the DAO to be one of the few holders of a full Art Blocks Curated set and to create a community of Art Blocks bulls.
